To use the rose quartz gua sha chakra wands for face yoga: Cleanse your face, apply a facial oil or serum, then gently glide the curved side of the tool upwards and outwards on your face, following the contours of your skin, with light to medium pressure, focusing on areas like your cheeks, jawline, and forehead, while using gentle strokes around the eyes; always move in an upward direction to promote lymphatic drainage and reduce puffiness. 

Key steps: 

• Prepare your skin: Cleanse your face thoroughly and apply a lubricating product like facial oil or serum to ensure smooth movement of the gua sha tool.

• Hold at an angle: Hold the gua sha tool at a 15-45 degree angle against your skin.

• Neck and jawline: Start by gently scraping the tool upwards along your neck, then move towards your ears along the jawline.

• Cheeks: Use the curved side of the gua sha to massage your cheeks in an upward and outward motion.

• Under-eye area: Use very light pressure and the longest side of the tool to gently glide from the inner corner of the eye towards the hairline.

• Forehead: Move the tool upwards from just above your eyebrows towards the hairline.
